LTV 10K PREVENTATIVE
MAINTENANCE
The manufacturer requires 10K preventative maintenance (PM), which needs to be completed every two (2) years or 10,000 hours. An annual PM consists of the following:
- A thorough cleaning
- Internal and external filter change
- Replacement of the internal battery
- Power board
- Tubing
- Pigtail
- O2 blender
- Internal pads replaced if necessary
PERCUSSONAIRE IPV ANNUAL PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (PM)
An annual PM consists of the following:
- A thorough cleaning
- Filter change
- Functional evaluation
- Critical internal/minor parts replaced as needed
- Factory calibration and functional evaluation
- Cleaning time is limited to 1 hour. Additional cleaning
- Time will be billed at an hourly rate.
- Physically damaged parts and/or major line item parts will be quoted in addition to the cost of the PM
PERCUSSIONAIRE IPV 3-YEAR OVERHAUL / REMANUFACTURE MAINTENANCE
A 3-year overhaul/remanufacture consists of the following:
- A thorough cleaning
- Aeplacing all elastomeric, sleeves and diaphragms
- Inspection of all components
- Factory calibration and functional evaluation
As a Distributor for Percussionaire®, it is Pulmonair’s responsibility to
ensure all Percussionaire® Medical Devices are serviced in a timely
and e cient manner to provide our patients with the utmost care. In
addition, according to the FDA regulations all devices are to be
serviced, repaired, and tested by a Certified Percussionaire®
Biomedical Technician in order for patient use

LTV 30K PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
The manufacturer requires 30K preventative maintenance (PM), which needs to be completed every six (6) years or 30,000 hours. The 30K PM consists of the following:
- A thorough cleaning
- Internal and external filter change
- Replacement of internal battery
- Turbine manifold
- Tubing
- Fan assembly
- Pigtail
- Rotary switch
- O2 blender
- Memory board
- Solenoid manifold
- Power board
- Flow valve
- Internal pads replaced if necessary
